Terms and Conditions

The policy of Maffitt Lake Equestrian Center and Hott Horse Shows, is to accept vendors as space permits and limiting the number of vendors which sell the same products. Vendors are not permitted to sell souvenir items displaying the Maffitt Lake Equestrian Center or Hott Horse Shows logo's or verbiage without prior written approval by Hott Horse Show Management. Priority will be given to Vendors attending all six Hott Horse Shows throughout a given year. Vendors will be notified of space availability. Maffitt Lake Equestrian Center and Hott Horse Shows reserves the right to reject any application for any reason. No specific vendor location or "space" on the horse show grounds will be guaranteed.

If you are a potential Vendor, agree to the stated terms and conditions, and satisfy the requirements set forth below, complete the application form and return with a deposit to Maffitt Lake Equestrian Center. The deposit will be treated as non-refundable and will be applied to the amount due to Maffitt Lake Equestrian Center. Please be advised that the following three requirements must be satisfied in order to constitute a legal contract with Maffitt Lake Equestrian Center and Hott Horse Shows.

Vendor Requirements to be provided to Maffitt Lake Equestrian Center and Hott Horse Shows:

1) A certificate of insurance
2) A photocopy that you are authorized to collect and remit tax as required by law
3) A signed statement that indicates that the owners of Maffitt Lake Equestrian Center,LLC and Maffitt Lake Farms,LLC will be either (granted a 25% discount from tack and clothing vendors, free video's of horses owned by Maffitt Lake Equestrian Center and Maffitt Lake Farms from Official Show Videographer, or free photo's of horses owned by Maffitt Lake Equestrian Center and Maffitt Lake Farms from Official Show Photographer)

Payments

1) A non-refundable deposit of One hundred dollars ($100.00) per horse show is required with application.
2) Entire week balance is due in full on the first Tuesday of each horse show week.
3) All applications received without deposit will be returned.
4) Please make all checks out to Maffitt Lake Equestrian Center, LLC.
